About the Role
The Company is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join their team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting on complex initiatives with a broad impact, particularly in the area of third-party program process design. This role involves strategic collaboration with client personnel, managing all procedures and training related to the program, and working closely with technology to implement design changes. The consultant will also be involved in a significant amount of corrective action work driven by regulatory changes, and will be expected to be detail-oriented, with a strong focus on problem-solving, analytics, and reporting. Key skills for this position include third-party program process design, root cause analysis, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a background in third-party program design and be capable of analyzing and performing detailed complex reviews to identify appropriate next steps. Excel and reporting capabilities are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. The role requires a professional who can contribute to the resolution of complex business execution challenges and is adept at filling gaps in manual processes with a view to systematization. The candidate should be prepared to clear a backlog of third-party records and support similar projects where the team requires additional capacity.
